Great location with sheltered walkway to shopping centre and stunning views of the harbour from high floors. Friendly and warm atmosphere in public areas with plush modern interiors. Tidy rooms which were very clean and spacious. Room service was efficient and had lovely choices on offer. Loved the kid-friendly and cozy set up on the first level.

We loved the fine view of Darling Harbour from our clean and spacious room at Novotel. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the restaurant served delicious food. we highly recommend this hotel.

As adventure travelers, we loved the convenient location near the harbour, shops, and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean with very comfortable beds and chairs. The view of Darling Harbour from our room was fantastic, and we had easy access to the bars and shops in the area. The in-house restaurant was a great bonus.
Felt at home instantly, nothing to complain about.

This place has an excellent location, with magnificent views and is near all attractions. The staff provided great service and gave our 5-year-old daughter special attention that made her feel like a special guest. The amenities such as the swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sun loungers were very enjoyable.
I did not have any negative experiences at this venue and would highly recommend it to family and friends.

Great location near Darling Harbour, providing easy access to attractions and the convention center. Beautiful and clean rooms with amazing views. The hotel is connected to Harbourside by a well-lit walkway. Loved the comfy beds, lovely pillows, and the great water pressure in the shower.
The cups for the complimentary lemonade could have been bigger to avoid the need for refills. There was a slip out front, and although the reception initially wanted to charge for ice and band aids, the assistant manager was amazing and provided first aid and ice for free.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was amazing, with easy access to all the attractions near Darling Harbour, Chinatown, and the city. The hotel facilities were great, including the cleanliness of the rooms and the comfort of the beds. The staff were friendly, helpful, and well-trained, making my stay even better. the breakfast was fantastic, with a varied selection of foods suitable for different dietary requirements. I particularly enjoyed the real coffee included in the buffet breakfast.
